What I do
At Clarivate, I design digital experiences that support millions of researchers and students worldwide. From reimagining how scholars search and discover information in the Web of Science to prototyping AI-powered assistants for literature reviews, my work balances innovation with usability at scale. I’ve also built e-commerce storefronts that help students publish and share their work more easily. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—researcher, strategist, storyteller, prototyper, and even front-end developer—each giving me a different lens for understanding how design decisions ripple outward. What I value most is not just elegant solutions, but the chance to collaborate across disciplines to make technology feel meaningful.
For nearly a decade, I served my alma mater, Indiana University, by bolstering strategic initiatives through user-centered design. At the outset, I enhanced workflow processes and created a data-driven recruitment platform for a #2 ranked master’s program. Then I designed identity and access management applications as well as account security strategies that are touched by every user's interaction with a digital service. Working at a public institution afforded me the opportunity to wear many hats—from research and user testing to data analysis and front-end development, and everything else in between.

This range is what enhances my design strategy, and I wouldn’t want to do it any other way.Resume
